By accessing or using the Capandex platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Capandex.

2. Service Description

Capandex is an automated trading engine builder for cryptocurrency markets. Our platform provides:

  • A visual flow builder for creating trading strategies using technical indicators and logic nodes.
  • Paper trading for testing strategies with simulated funds in real market conditions.
  • Backtesting capabilities to evaluate strategies against historical market data.
  • Live trading execution through connected exchange API keys.

3. Account Registration

To use Capandex, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to the following:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • Only one account per person is permitted.

4. Trading Risks

IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully.

  • Cryptocurrency trading involves significant financial risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment.
  • Past performance of any trading strategy does not guarantee future results.
  • Automated trading strategies can and do lose money. Backtesting results may not reflect real-world performance.
  • You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting financial outcomes.

Capandex is a tool that executes strategies you create. We do not provide financial advice, and nothing on our platform should be construed as such.

5. Acceptable Use

When using Capandex, you agree not to:

  • Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or any form of deceptive trading practices.
  • Use the platform for any illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage restrictions, or other platform safeguards.

6. API Key Responsibility

When connecting your exchange API keys to Capandex, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for managing your exchange API keys and their permissions.
  • You should set appropriate permissions on your API keys (e.g., trade-only, no withdrawal access).
  • You are responsible for monitoring activity on your connected exchange accounts.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Capandex is not responsible for any trading losses that may result from service downtime, delays, or interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Capandex platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Capandex and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your trading strategies, flows, and configurations that you create on the platform belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your trading strategies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Capandex shall not be liable for:

  • Any trading losses incurred through the use of our platform.
  • Issues with third-party exchanges, including API failures, downtime, or order execution problems.
  • Losses resulting from market conditions, volatility, or liquidity issues.
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Subscription & Billing

Capandex offers the following subscription plans:

  • Starter — $49/month with core trading features and live execution.
  • Pro — $139/month with advanced features, unlimited flows, and all exchanges.
  • Enterprise — $399/month with unlimited access, on-demand resources, and dedicated support.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. All paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial subscription.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in prohibited activities, or pose a risk to our platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Capandex is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
